One Reddit user names ‘lucastsilveira’ shared his ‘before-and-after’ photos of his significant weight loss along with an explanation on how he managed to shed the weight. 

He revealed that he is now 27 years old, and a height of 5’8”, and before his weight loss, he weighed over 380 pounds. 

Weight Loss Advice

After only a year and 6 months, he had come very close to achieving his desired weight, and shared images of his vast transformation with other Reddit users. 

Commenters immediately began asking him what methods he used to lose all the weight, and if he did it without the need for surgery.

He revealed that he completely changed his diet in a significant way: “Eating correctly every three hours, eliminating fried foods and soda, and eating healthy foods.”

He also said that he used the CICO technique to count calories, and said.: “Everything is mathematical, if you overeat, you have to exercise to burn the excess.”

One person wanted to know if he used surgical methods, but he said that he could not actually afford to do so since “surgery is very expensive”.

Transformation

A transformation this large is typically unusual, but people that achieved a smaller level of weight loss shared their situations online.
